Hello Everyone! Very busy weekend and frustrating as well! Well the East coast is obviously not done with the Winter weather, and who knew there was such a thing as a Storm Cyclone! LOL... We were safe but we did loose power just for a short time, but well you can see we are playing catch up all over the social media scene! We all know I am on the design team for Rubber Stamp Tapestry, and yes loving every minute of it! When they had their recent release, there was also a special announcement that Lindsay, "thefrugalcrafter", designed 5 sets of rubber stamps with them. I was so hoping they were going to be part of my care package, but if not they were still going to be mine! LOL I was extremely happy when I saw them in my package! They wonderful sets and make creating much easier... I used a Crayola watercolor set (yup you see that correctly) and black ink and clear embossing powder for the trees! I then used my Penny Black Antique Frame Dies to cut my watercolor panel and then used Vintage Photo Distressed Ink around the edges... The sentiments are simple and basic with to me adds a touch of elegance to the card... If you want to see the actual process to put these cards together click on the video below and see how just how easy it is to create simple but elegant cards in no time! Since about the time I spoke my first word, I’ve been an avid crafter alongside my mom and sister. You name the craft and I’ve probably bought it, collected it, tried it and finally stored it. Right now, getting Inky, suffering paper cuts, cutting with metal dies and stamping everything, whether it moves or not makes me smile and I must pass that along to everyone I know and don’t know!
