SHIPPING POLICY
All Shipments (USA ONLY)...
All items are shipping using USPS Services.
All purchases are ready to ship within 7-10 business days from time of purchase.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase, as this is the address I will use for shipment unless otherwise specified in the ‘notes to seller’ comment box.
When your item is marked ‘shipped’ this means your order has been dropped off at the Post Office and has been carefully placed in their hands to delivery to your door. At that point it is there responsibility to get your product to it news home in the condition it left my Office!
If your item is lost or damaged during transit, it will be the responsibility of the customer to contact USPS and file a claim. I will provide your tracking information to you for these types of cases when you need to speak to the USPS.

The customer is responsible for all Taxes and Fees that may occur after your purchase!
Prior to your shipment leaving my office I will make sure shipping is permitted! There are restrictions that have been imposed across the country. If it is found that your package cannot be shipping you will be notified immediately via email and completely refunded!

If you are not completely satisfied with your item you may return it within 10 days of delivery confirmation I receive electronically from the USPS, for an exchange of the same item or a full refund (excluding shipping and taxes).
Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning the item to me. Once the item is received, I will send the exchange or issue a refund within 7-10 days.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Custom orders and items purchased while on sale are final, once shipped and they cannot be exchanged or refunded.
