Hello Everyone! We are back with another design team project for Scrapping for Less! Today I am going to show you a ‘gem’ of a card! LOL The stamp set I used for my project is by Heffy Doodle and it’s called Geology Rocks! Some great images to color along the sentiments to match! I started by stamping my images using VersaFine black ink and colored them in with my Spectrum Noir Glitter Markers. I love these, and they come in so many different colors! Once they were dry, and yes I helped this along with my heat tool… I fussy cut them out and set them aside so I could work on my card base. I decided to attempt a gatefold card so I cut my cardstock 5 1/2 in x 8 1/5 in and scored each side at 2 1/4 in. This way each side folds in to create that simple gate fold card! I stamped one of my sentiments on the lower right-hand side, and another for the inside to add something extra! I placed my diamond images on a diagonal up my card front with the center focal image propped up with some double-sided foam squares and extended over the right-side edge of my gatefold! Now how easy was that! Check out all the fun details in the video below! Since about the time I spoke my first word, I’ve been an avid crafter alongside my mom and sister. You name the craft and I’ve probably bought it, collected it, tried it and finally stored it. Right now, getting Inky, suffering paper cuts, cutting with metal dies and stamping everything, whether it moves or not makes me smile and I must pass that along to everyone I know and don’t know!
