Hello Everyone! Something a little different today, you have not seen in a while! I always keep my eye out for new and interesting kits and products and one (ok there are many...) of the kits I always keep a close eye is the My Favorite Things Monthly Card Kit! I feel sometimes I stalker their page, LOL But they do not offer their kits as a monthly subscription but rather they make a launch announcement! I never stress though if I miss out because they items in the kit can be purchased once their monthly release is live, I love that! So below are the three cards I made using the contents provided in the kit. First up I used the Heart Art Stamp Set. Pulled out some different coordinating card stock and just embossed the image creating the silhouette of the stamp onto my card stock. It is faint but you can clearly read the image on each of my hearts! It reminded me of the candy hearts, which I loVe! Next, I used my distress oxides and created a background to sit behind a large heart our of pattern paper! I also created a background so I could cut out my sentiment and hearts! For my last card I created a crossword image using the shaker replenishment and the die! The best way to stay notified of when they are about to release their next kit is to go to the My Favorite Things Website and sign up for their newsletter! Hello Everyone! Here today with another design team project for Rubber Stamp Tapestry! I have used this peg set before but I just love it! It is called Perfect Layering Circles - yes circles! Simple Shape - HUGE IMPACT! LOL... While creating my card I started to loose my thoughts and was actually able to create two cards! You will see all this in my video! It is kinda funny, but remember we all create with a process.... Using this simple shape and a sentiment die you can create many Birthday Cards... For each card, I created a panel using many ink colors. I wanted my image to be bright and happy, its a Birthday Card! I then used the die... here is where we split into two cards!. I used my die by Simon Says Stamp in both my stamped panel and also a piece of black card stock! Two looks in an instant! To see more crafty details click on the video shown below!
